Description
This camera is designed to take pictures of birds coming to a feeder, but it also has multiple applications in research and monitoring of species when it is necessary to focus at a very close distance (from 20 cm), something that other cameras cannot do.
The detection distance of the sensor and illumination is limited to 1m, so it cannot be used for other applications where longer distance detections are required. The illumination power is adjustable (low, medium and high).
The equipment comes with a metal rail that allows precise adjustment for framing and focusing at the desired distance.
The camera can take photos, videos or photos and videos simultaneously, as well as time-lapse. This possibility extends its use to be able to track numerous ecological processes, such as insects, the blooming or germination of plants, etc.
The resolution is 16 mpx in photo and up to Full-HD (1920 x 1080) in video.
The video duration can be set up to 5 minutes, and in the case of photos you can multi-shot 1, 2 and 3 photos.
The display allows correct framing and review of the photos. The menu is multilingual.
Low power consumption, with up to 12 months in standby mode.
