The Dark Ops ProX 1080 camera has been completely updated for 2023, with a renewed look and some improvements.
The biggest new feature is the incorporation of the “Radiant 6” lighting system that improves quality with less power consumption and an excellent exterior design change, with a new case with numerous roughnesses and irregularities that contribute greatly to the camouflage of the camera, and a darker, greenish camouflage pattern.
The 24 mpx resolution in Full HD 1080p photo and video provides high quality images.
This camera is very compact and small in size, with an excellent tilting rear metal anchoring system, which together with the integrated screen, allows for perfect framing.
Browning cameras are noted for the incredible speed of the circuit and in this model they have improved it to only 0.22 sec and a recovery of 0.35 sec which is one of the fastest of all photo trapping cameras.
The detection field of the sensor is very wide and adjustable, reaching more than 25m. The night illumination is incredibly deep, reaching almost 30m. This model uses no-glow light LEDs (the LEDs do NOT glow).
It has a new lighting dimming system with three options (power safe, long range and fast motion) that allows to increase or reduce the power and also to conserve battery power, as well as to achieve a better lighting intensity. The power safe option illuminates with lower power and saves battery power, e.g. in close lighting situations.
The programming is easy to use and has an incredibly low battery consumption, which allows it to remain operational for more than 24 months!! on only 6 batteries (calculated with lithium batteries and about 70 photos per day).
