Through the mobile app you can connect to the camera and see in real time what the camera has at that moment in front of the lens, which is very useful to check, for example, nests that are high in trees, on cliffs, islands of lagoons, river banks, etc.
Another very interesting feature of this camera is that it has a very high degree of watertightness, with an IP 68, which is the highest degree of watertightness for high-end electronic devices. It means that no dust can enter under any circumstances and no water should enter even when submerged in water for prolonged periods of time. This is very useful in riverside areas that endure temporary and periodic flooding.
It is a camera of excellent build quality and design, with resolutions up to 20 mpx and FullHD video at 60 fps, no-glow light with range up to 20 m, sensor range up to 30 m, among other features.
Power consumption is very low, so it can be operational for more than four months with a single set of 8 AA alkaline batteries. In any case it is compatible with solar panel, which allows to leave it in the same place without touching it for years.
