This camera belongs to the Browning “Dark Ops” family of cameras, i.e. no-glow and small size.
The biggest improvement is the excellent new external design, with a new case with numerous roughnesses and irregularities that greatly contribute to the camera’s camouflage, and a darker, greenish camouflage pattern.
The 22 mpx resolution and the new “Radiant 4” illumination system provide excellent day and night images.
This camera is very compact and small in size, and the screen is for programming only, meaning it is very small and you cannot review the photos or frame the image.
Browning cameras stand out for the incredible speed of the circuit and in this model they have improved it, being of only 0.135 sec, adjustable to 0.7s if you do not need so fast shooting. The recovery is 0.5 sec, which allows us to get sequences of images in a row, without missing anything.
The detection field of the sensor is very wide and adjustable, reaching more than 25m. The night illumination is very powerful, reaching more than 27m. This model uses No-Glow light LEDs (the LEDs do NOT glow).
It has a new lighting adjustment system with three options (power safe, long range and fast motion) that allows you to increase or decrease the power and save battery power, as well as achieve better lighting intensity. The power safe option illuminates with lower power and saves battery power, e.g. in close lighting situations.
The programming is easy to use and has an incredibly low battery consumption, which allows it to remain operational for more than 24 months on only 6 batteries (calculated with lithium batteries and about 70 photos per day).
