Generally, it is only possible to proceed with the purchase of a product when stock is available. In the event that the system allows the purchase and there is no stock, fototrampeo.es will contact you to change the model or proceed to refund the amount paid.
WARRANTY:
All our products are warranted by the manufacturer. We have agreements as official distributors with all the brands we sell. This means that you can only enjoy the benefits of warranty if the product has been purchased from an authorized dealer.
If an equipment has any problem, please contact us and we will inform you whether the product will be replaced or repaired on a case by case basis. We take care of the arrangements.
In case of receiving a damaged or defective package, it must be stated in the delivery note of the transport company. Otherwise, no responsibilities will be taken, and you will have to contact the transport company.

PRICING:
The applicable prices for each product are those indicated in the catalog at the date on which you place your order, unless there is a typographical error.
If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, fototrampeo.es will inform the customer of the error and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part.
The prices that appear detailed in each product, as well as the amount of the shipping costs, will be indicated at the time the order is placed.
Fototrampeo.es reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, the changes it deems appropriate, regarding the update of features, products and prices.
RETURNS:
Fototrampeo.es will accept all returns that are made within the deadline (30 days maximum from the reception of the item), as long as the product is sealed, in its original packaging and unused. Outside this period, the products will not be accepted.
Once the product is received, fototrampeo.es will proceed to the verification of its condition. The customer will receive an email with the amount in deposit to make a new purchase.
If you receive a product in poor condition, you may return it and fototrampeo.es will send you another product, identical or similar or will refund the full amount of the product, limiting, in any case, the responsibility of fototrampeo.es to such replacement.
In the event of a defective product within the warranty period, the purchaser must contact us for shipping instructions. The cost of shipping must be assumed by the buyer, and we will assume the cost of replacement of the repaired or replacement product.
In the returns will not be paid the cost of shipping, or other expenses incurred, but only the product.
Orders whose sender is a Post Office Box will not be processed.
